Reference only. Data and risk assessments are estimates from third-party aircraft broadcasts and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not a substitute for NOTAMs, official aeronautical information or your own risk assessment. No guarantee of accuracy is given and no responsibility is accepted for any use of this information.

1. GNSS Confidence Watch is a public beta. Features, methods and data may change or be unavailable without notice.
2. All maps, events, transmitter estimates, statistics, risk assessments, emails and API data are provided for general reference and situational awareness only.
3. They are derived automatically from third-party ADS-B broadcasts (and, during the beta, partly from simulated data). They can be incomplete, delayed, misclassified or wrong, and the absence of a detection does not mean GNSS is reliable.
4. They are not an aeronautical information service and do not replace NOTAMs, official notices, authorisations, operator procedures or your own risk assessment. Never use them as the sole basis for a flight, operational or safety decision.
5. No warranty of any kind is given, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of GNSS Confidence Watch accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from the use of, or reliance on, this service or its data.
7. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your operations, and for how you and anyone you share the data with use it.
